V4Cargo provides logistics, freight forwarding, courier, warehousing, and supply chain management services. Our platform facilitates shipment booking, real-time tracking, and logistics coordination across India. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Obligations

Users of V4Cargo services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking shipments or creating accounts.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.
• Not use our services for the transport of illegal, hazardous, or prohibited goods without prior written consent and appropriate documentation.
• Pay all applicable fees, charges, and duties in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods as per industry standards.

4. Shipment and Liability

V4Cargo acts as a logistics coordinator and may engage third-party carriers and partners to fulfill shipments. While we take reasonable care to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods, our liability is limited to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Maximum liability shall not exceed the declared value of the shipment or the applicable carrier limit, whichever is lower.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on fuel surcharges, route availability, weight discrepancies, and regulatory changes. Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month on outstanding amounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the V4Cargo website are owned by or licensed to V4Cargo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V4Cargo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless V4Cargo, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India. Parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
